Software engineer with 10+ years designing, building, and leading critical digital infrastructure for government institutions. I specialize in full-stack architectures, secure Linux environments, and high-impact platforms that serve thousands of users.
I'm a software engineer based in Mexico City with over a decade of hands-on experience building systems that matter — from citizen-facing digital identity platforms to high-security government infrastructure. I've worked across the full stack: crafting responsive UIs, architecting REST APIs, administering Linux production servers, and leading interdisciplinary engineering teams.
My background spans two major institutions — the Fiscalía General de la República and the Fiscalía General de Justicia de Tamaulipas — where I grew from developer to Tech Lead, delivering platforms used by thousands of agents, citizens, and government staff every day. Most recently, I led the strategic technical direction for Mexico's national digital identity system at SEGOB.

Unified citizen-services portal for the Fiscalía General de Justicia de Tamaulipas, featuring Single Sign-On (SSO) that consolidates multiple government services under a single identity. Serves thousands of citizens and internal agents daily.
Automated conversational system designed for high-concurrency citizen query management. Handles a high volume of simultaneous requests and routes inquiries to the appropriate government service, reducing human workload and wait times significantly.
REST API for fingerprint comparison and biometric identity validation. Exposed as a secure microservice, it integrates with the institution's MySQL databases and was optimized to significantly reduce fingerprint processing and verification times.
Centralized platform for the Fiscalía General de la República enabling Federal Public Ministry agents to capture, query, and exploit statistical data. Unified data from multiple departments into a single source of truth for operational reporting and transparency.
Designed and implemented a site-to-site VPN perimeter network securely interconnecting multiple remote government buildings to the central LAN. Included firewall policy configuration, IDS/IPS rules, and ongoing network security monitoring via SIEM tools.
Staff attendance and labor incident tracking system for the Fiscalía de Tamaulipas. Automated the full lifecycle from clock-in registration to payroll report generation, replacing a previously manual paper-based process for hundreds of employees.
